Current structure

The grid

The Institute is divided in a grid of 3×3. This grid is created to not assure that the responsibilities of all player in the Institute are 100% verified.

the board

The board is compose from the President, a Vise-President, a Secretary and a Treasurer. The main role of the board is to guide and steer the activities in the direction that accomplishes the Institute’s purpose and objectives.

The Board is the legal representatives of the Institute.

The administrative board (AB)

The administrative board is the management layer of the Institute. It’s composed of the board and the head/leader of each department. The role of the administrative board is to make decisions, implement and supervise the activities inside the institute.

The community

The community of the Institute represents all members, consultants and volunteers that contributes actively to the Institute’s activities.

the barons

This people are the money people. They check and assure that the donations and funds received are spent correctly.

The Dukes

The dukes are people doing the institute activities to achieve the Institute’s objective.

The Eyes

This members are the monitors of all activities and actions made by the dukes and the barons.
